Artists Talk - Jen Hamilton
Weds 22 November, 6-7.30pm
Hamilton and Southern's work is collaborative, process-based and involves participation in both the making and exhibition of the work. With reference to Running Stitch and other projects, the artists will present an illustrated talk about their individual and shared working practice.

Running Stitch Pecha Cucha
Mon 27 November, 6-8.30pm
Pay bar & supper
Pecha Cucha (Japanese for 'chit chat') is an informal forum for interaction and exchange. Using the Running Stitch themes as a starting point, five seven-minute slide talks by invited speakers provide the initial stimulus for the evening, followed by food, drink and chat.

Artist Story - Haim Ben Shitrit
Mon 11 December, 6pm-7.30pm
Haim Ben Shitrit is Artist-in-Residence at Fabrica during Running Stitch.
Haim, whose work has been shown in galleries and at film festivals, describes himself as a painter who doesn't paint anymore and as a video artist who only makes videos intermittently.
Perhaps his work is best described as social intervention.
Haim will talk about the dilemmas and practicalities of a process-led practice in a product focussed art market.
