Since its inception in 1995 as a highly esoteric DJ project with its roots in acid, ambient and punk influenced noise-music, Disinformation has crisscrossed the boundaries between art, music, sound, video and pure psychological research. This debut solo exhibition has highlighted this approach with several large-scale pieces alongside smaller, more intimate creations.

Disinformation’s work has been exhibited at the Victoria & Albert Museum, Sonic Boom at the Hayward Gallery in 2000, and at 2001 Sonar Festival at the CCCB Barcelona. Other locations have included the engine room of the trawler Arctic Corsair in Hull, and the underground nuclear warfare command centre near Anstruther, Scotland
