About The Event

Find out more about the history of our building's architectural and social history in central Brighton. Explore the history of Holy Trinity Church with a 30-40 minute volunteer-led tour of the building, to find out more about the craftsmanship that created our beautiful space, including original and restored stained glass windows. You'll find out more about the lives of the diverse and sometimes prominent figures in the community who worshipped and preached here, and what has happened since it's deconsecration in the 1980's.

The tour will be presented during gallery open hours, however we invite attendees to book in advance so we have an idea of how many people will be taking part. We are limiting bookings to 10 people and will prioritise attendees who have booked if we need to keep the group size limited due to social distancing. Please note, if this event is ‘sold out’ you can see a full list of our tours and events on www.fabrica.org.uk/events.

Suitable for all ages, this is an accessible tour on a site with a ramp entrance and disabled access loos. Please let us know if you have any access requirements and we will try our best to accommodate you. Please check out our full advice and information, including COVID-19 requirements, at the bottom of this page.

Presented as part of Past:Present:Future, a Heritage Lottery funded project in which we are researching the history of our 200 year old building, and presenting a series of events and materials as part of this learning.
