About The Event

Fabrica presents an opportunity to explore art and creativity with others, to find mindful approaches to engaging in culture. Take a break from your daily routine and relax with us as we discover beautiful art together.

Click into Culture includes a virtual viewing and creative conversations about selected artworks from different cultural spaces, led by artist facilitator, Charlotte Cranidge. There will be opportunities for informal conversation together and a comfort break.

In November the group will be focusing on artists who have received no formal training, with a friendly and lively conversational event inspired by Fabrica's autumn exhibition, Strange Relations, by Carys Reilly and Simon Le Boggit.

The session will start by stepping inside the The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York. Three pieces of artworks will inspire an open and informal conversation as well as a relaxed meditative drawing activity, providing a multi-sensory experience that allows you to connect to the artworks through your own senses, memories and personal associations.

We suggest making yourselves comfortable when you join the event, with a nice warm drink to enjoy. A comfort break will take place 45 minutes into the event. We suggest having your cameras on and mics off at the start of the event.
