Our placements programme aims to offer structured work-based learning opportunities to support career development and to open up opportunities for working in the arts sector to people from all backgrounds.

Each year Fabrica offers placements for students in further education across the following areas of the organisation; audience development, comms and marketing and gallery front of house. Our opportunities for people who aren't in education are within our archiving project.

Placements run for a year at one day a week. Previous experience of working in an arts organisation is not a requirement to undertake an internship at Fabrica.
