Located in the heart of Brighton’s shopping district and vibrant cultural quarter, surrounded by great shops and cafés, Fabrica is a ten-minute walk from the train station and the beach.

Our space holds maximum capacities of 130 seated or standing. We have no fixed seating, offering a flexible space to include theatre-style or in the round seating. Our chancel acts as a natural stage for talks, performances and pop-up film screenings. Temporary green rooms allow space for performers to rest and prepare. Our inspiring space can be flexible to your specific event requirements whether thats music, comedy, dance, talks, film, showcases, or free-form events.
